Omega mix

This is amazing and so easy to get nourished, can't get easier that this,blend it, ground it, spoon it !
I will say few words about the benefit of the seeds: B vitamins, vitamin E,essential fatty acids, copper, zinc, antioxidants, magnesium, omega acids, calcium, fiber and more....
Omega mix is for everyone, give your body a boost all around the year.......Boom!









You will need:

3 parts flax seeds
1 part sesame seeds
1 part sunflower seeds
1 part pumpkin seeds

You will need a coffee grounder for this.
Simply ground all the seeds ( I ground them separate )
Store them in a clean jar in a fridge.


Sprinkle 1 tablespoon over your regular breakfast





Over your soup 




 Over any veg you like

  1. Pametno, sva četiri na jednom mestu... ♥ Onomad sam isto, ali nemleveno semenje ubacila u hleb, a jedni kafenu kašičicu mešavine ubacila u usta... Mnogo je ukusno!
